 Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our valued guests and our property.

Cancellation Timeline

Flexible Rate Bookings:

  • 15 days or more before check-in:
    • Full refund (100% of booking amount).
  • 8–14 days before check-in:
    • 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Less than (7 days) before check-in or No-show:
    • No refund – 100% retention charge applies.

Non-Refundable Offers / Discounted Packages: High demand dates

  • No refund once booking is confirmed.
  • Date changes or amendments are not permitted under this plan.

Date Change Policy

  • Date changes are allowed once, subject to room availability and at least 7 days’ notice before the original check-in date.
  • Revised dates must fall within 90 days of the original booking.
  • Tariff differences (if any) will be applicable.

Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the same mode of payment used during booking.

Early Check-Out / Shortened Stay

In case of early check-out, no refund will be made for unused nights.

Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or any situation beyond our control, we will offer:

  • A credit voucher equal to the booking value, valid for 6 months, or
  • Date rescheduling without penalty (subject to availability).

Group Bookings (5 rooms or more)

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before arrival: 75% refund.
  • 7–14 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund
